Successful “Go-Live”: optimal collaboration between Atupri, Sumex, BSI and Swisscom
Atupri, a digital leader in the field of Health Insurance, is pleased to announce the recent “Go-Live” of its new system landscape, following the strategic alliance with the foundation and merger into ATUSANA. The close cooperation of the internal specialists from Sumex, BSI and Swisscom have led to an optimal integration and enables an efficient and future-oriented way of working.
From the beginning, a very high level of automation was targeted to optimise processes and further increase customer satisfaction. The integration of the Sumex Siddhartha solution was seamless, enabling data-based decision-making and forecasting, easy reporting, and a fully integrated solution, including dispatch and print output capabilities.
The “Go-Live” took place without any major problems and documents and invoices, in the hundreds of thousands, have already been imported and successfully processed. Atupri employees have been working with the new system landscape since Whitsun.

Now the phase of stabilisation and the delivery of further functionalities begins. And it continues: After a successful go-live, we can drive forward the expansion of the target architecture ZA20xx with a lot of verve and confidence by dedicating ourselves to stages 3 and 4.
